Reset your Password (mobile)

If you forgot your password for your Elevate Parcel account, follow the instructions below to reset it.

Begin by opening Elevate Parcel then clicking on the "Forgot password" link.

Enter the email address associated with your Elevate account into the box, then click "Send me reset instructions." You will receive a link to reset your password to your email.

*NOTE: If you do not receive an email please check your spam folder.

Open the email, and click "Reset Password." A new window will open in your web browser, where you will type your new password.

Once you confirm the new password, you will be able to sign into your Elevate Parcel app.
