Some counties in Elevate require a subscription service for the user to gain access to the information. If you are looking to unsubscribe your account please follow the directions below.
1) Login to the county that you have a subscription for using your Facebook, Google, or your email account.
2) Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, then click "Billing."
3) Your web browser may ask if you want to leave or stay on the site. Click "Leave" to be directed to the Billing site.
4) Click "Manage Plan."
5) On this page, you can choose to change your payment information by clicking "Edit Payment Method." Cancel your monthly or annual subscription by clicking "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom.
6) To finalize the cancellation of your subscription, click "Continue."
